WHY PLANES
NEED HORNS:
"Video Captures Plane Crash at Carlsbad Beach; 12-Year-Old Boy Suffers Head Wound "
...this happened somewhere else last year...and the person was killed...they need something more than their engine to make noise in case of a crash landing...a big horn would help...you say it's so rare that they make an emergency landing and need to make noise to warn people, but just one time can kill a person..a horn is not a big expense
